At our Sofina Foods Inc. chicken processing factory in Wynyard, Saskatchewan, we are actively seeking General Labourers. No prior knowledge is necessary! In order to improve your accuracy, speed, and critical thinking, we will give you on-the-job training in all production areas, the ability to operate motorised equipment when necessary, and the chance to move into leadership roles.

  Responsibilities

• Work in a factory that processes chicken on a production line.
• Organise meat goods on conveyor belts and handle raw meat.
• Slice, remove, or trim the meat.
• Label containers and product packaging
• In some occupations, it may be necessary to securely operate motorised power equipment.
• Any more tasks that are given.

Requirements

• Throughout your shift, you'll perform repetitious activities while standing in a variety of chilly to heated conditions.
• The capacity to stand for a long time.
• Handling raw meat with ease while working in a chicken processing plant.
• English communication skills are a must.
• It's important to have a strong work ethic and good attendance.
