Responsibilities
- working in the separator area at full rotation
- Assigned tasks in the egg room
- An assistant on the chick truck
- Sanitation-related tasks
- Transfer Inovo
- additional tasks as assigned
The following are the Required Qualifications:
- dedication to group collaboration
- able to work a variety of hours until the assignment is finished
- Ability to operate autonomously with little supervision and in a wet or humid environment
- Must be in good physical shape and be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds overhead.
- The ability to climb ladders and clean at heights is required.
- The ability to adhere to SOPs and timetables is required.
- must follow HACCP guidelines
- Must follow animal welfare guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Salary & Perks:
- Salary: $20.30/hour (6-month wage progression starts at $19.30/hour)
