Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the telecommunications or security industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
