Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Assist patients with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify patients' insurance information and process insurance claims as necessary.
  • Payment Processing: Collect payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Reception Area: Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist Administrative Tasks: Support administrative staff with tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Language Assistance: Assist non-French-speaking patients by providing language support in English.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
