Job Overview:

Red Swan Pizza is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated LMIA Pizza Cook to join our team. The LMIA Pizza Cook will be responsible for preparing pizzas according to our recipes and specifications, ensuring that each pizza is made to perfection. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess a strong understanding of pizza-making techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes.
• Roll out dough and assemble pizzas with precision and consistency.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, including equipment and work surfaces.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop new pizza recipes and menu items.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pizza cook or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus.
