Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and diligent Warehouse Assistants to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from inventory management to order fulfillment. This position is eligible for the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), providing an excellent opportunity for temporary foreign workers to join our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of raw materials and finished products.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory and shipments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility to work in Canada (LMIA and PNP sponsorship available).
