Job Description:

Tacos Don Rigo is seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidates are friendly, attentive, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables. Ensure that customers feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Order Taking: Take customer orders accurately, paying attention to dietary preferences and special requests.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Serving Food and Drinks: Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously. Ensure that all items are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
• Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and tidy during service, removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Refill drinks and attend to customer needs throughout their meal.
• Payment Processing: Present bills to customers, process payments, and provide change or receipts as required.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash and card transactions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Report any significant issues to the restaurant manager for further assistance.

Qualifications:

• LMIA approval for Waiter/Waitress position.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
