Job Overview:

Red Sun Farms Ontario LP. is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as LMIA Vegetables Pickers (Temporary Foreign Workers). As a Vegetable Picker, you will play a crucial role in our harvesting process, ensuring that our vegetables are picked, sorted, and prepared for distribution. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harvest a variety of vegetables, including tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers, according to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Sort and inspect vegetables for quality, removing damaged or unmarketable produce.
• Assist with packaging and preparing vegetables for shipment to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the greenhouse and work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a greenhouse environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Basic English language skills are preferred but not required.
