Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels and amenities, and ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Uphold safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
