Job Overview

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable LMIA Production Worker to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for an opportunity to grow within the food and nutrition industry. The position is offered under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program with opportunities for permanent residency through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

Key Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other production team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Basic understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Communication: Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact with team members.
