Job Description:

We are currently seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Operations Supervisors at Neutral Immigration Services Inc. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our immigration consultancy services, coordinating team activities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the operations team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and immigration regulations. Coordinate team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet service delivery goals.
• Client Services: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Work closely with consultants to facilitate the completion of client applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration laws.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to improve workflow and efficiency. Collaborate with management to develop and implement standard operating procedures that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure that all operations comply with Canadian immigration regulations and company policies. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and client interactions.
• Training and Development: Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Provide guidance and support to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.

Qualifications:

• LMIA approval for Operations Supervisor position.
• Previous experience in operations management, team supervision, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions to address operational challenges.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
