Job Description:

TECHNO WORLD ICT Inc. is seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Office Administrators. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidates are organized, efficient, and have a strong understanding of office management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it is organized, efficient, and running smoothly. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and coordinate with vendors for replenishment as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including employee files, financial documents, and company policies. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations for record keeping and data protection.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional reception. Address customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Human Resources Assistance: Assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. Help coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions. Manage event logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and sending invitations.

Qualifications:

  • LMIA approval for Office Administrator position.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
