Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Labourers to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and take pride in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our resort properties. This position is eligible for the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), offering a pathway for temporary foreign workers to contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, minor repairs, and basic carpentry.
• Assist with landscaping duties such as lawn mowing, trimming, and snow removal.
• Ensure all maintenance equipment is in good working order and report any issues.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the resort facilities.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility to work in Canada (LMIA and PNP sponsorship available).
