Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Live-In Nannies to join our network of caregivers. This role involves providing comprehensive childcare and support to families, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children. This position is eligible for the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), making it an excellent opportunity for temporary foreign workers to become part of a Canadian household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and responsible care for children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and changing diapers.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational games to stimulate development.
• Assist with homework and school projects, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children, adhering to dietary guidelines provided by the parents.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry, tidying play areas, and maintaining children’s rooms.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, including during outings and playtime.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Accompany children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed.
• Follow the family's routines and guidelines to maintain consistency and structure for the children.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a nanny, caregiver, or in a related childcare role.
• A genuine love for children and a strong understanding of child development stages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility to adapt to the family’s schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Eligibility to work in Canada (LMIA and PNP sponsorship available).
