Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Duties: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Laundry and Linen Management: Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry.
• Change bed linens and ensure all towels and beddings are fresh and clean.
• Cooking and Meal Preparation: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and cooking as per clients' dietary needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Grocery Shopping: Purchase household supplies and groceries as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary items and ensure they are always stocked.
• Errands: Run household errands, including picking up dry cleaning, mail, and other tasks as required by the household.
• Childcare Assistance: Provide support in taking care of children, including supervising activities, helping with homework, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Pet Care: Feed, walk, and provide general care for household pets as needed.
• Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the household to the appropriate personnel or service providers.
• Security: Ensure the home is secure by locking doors, setting alarms, and being vigilant about safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a housekeeper, nanny, or in a similar role is preferred. Experience in a live-in arrangement is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent cleaning and organizational skills. Ability to cook and prepare meals. Basic understanding of household management and maintenance.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English. Ability to follow instructions and effectively communicate with household members.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different household environments and requirements. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Trustworthiness: High level of integrity and honesty. Strong references and a clean background check are required.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Live-in position within a private household. Accommodation and meals provided. Comfortable living arrangements with access to necessary amenities.
  Hours: Full-time position with flexible working hours. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
