Job Overview
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented LMIA Housekeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role is offered under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program with opportunities for permanent residency through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Linen Management: Change linens and towels, restock guest room amenities, and ensure laundry is handled efficiently.
- Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, corridors, and public restrooms.
- Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Inventory: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities to ensure adequate stock.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items, and stand for long periods.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude towards work.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
