As an LMIA General Office Worker at Bayram Financial, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office.   • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office filing systems and databases.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and processing payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is desirable but not required.
