Job Description:
HRS Farms Ltd. is seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Farm Workers. This role involves a variety of tasks related to crop production, livestock care, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidates are hard-working, adaptable, and enjoy working outdoors in a farm environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Crop Production: Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, including field preparation, seeding, weeding, and watering. Operate farm machinery and equipment as needed, following safety guidelines.
- Livestock Care: Care for livestock by feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their health and well-being. Assist with livestock breeding, calving, and other related tasks. Report any signs of illness or injury to farm supervisors.
- Farm Maintenance: Perform general farm maintenance tasks, such as repairing fences, cleaning barns, and maintaining equipment. Keep the farm grounds tidy and organized, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Irrigation and Water Management: Assist with setting up and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution for crops. Monitor water levels and make adjustments as needed to prevent waste and ensure crop health.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and farm policies. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures when operating machinery or handling livestock.
Qualifications:
- LMIA approval for Farm Worker position.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
