We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Childhood Educator to join our team under the Temporary Foreign Worker program. Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
  • Child Supervision: Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment.
  • Individualized Care: Provide personalized attention and support to each child, addressing their unique needs and fostering a positive self-image.
  • Parental Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Behavior Management: Guide and support children in developing positive behaviors and social skills through appropriate discipline techniques.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents that occur.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children by following established policies and procedures, including hygiene and emergency protocols.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.


  • Education: A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Certification: Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a recognized institution is preferred. First Aid and CPR certification is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English or French is required; bilingualism is an asset.
