Job Summary:

Digiuseppe Interior Design Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LMIA Customer Service Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about interior design and are looking to make a significant impact through excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support to our design team, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance in a professional manner.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them to our firm and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and processing payments.
  • Communication: Liaise between clients and the design team to ensure clear communication and understanding of client requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of documents and reports related to client projects and services.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the design team by coordinating project timelines, organizing meetings, and managing workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles and practices is an asset but not required.
