Job Description:

Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Cleaning Supervisors. This role involves supervising cleaning teams, ensuring the quality of cleaning services, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidates are experienced in cleaning services, have strong leadership skills, and are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently and to company standards. Provide training and guidance to team members to promote productivity and teamwork.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure quality and consistency. Address any issues or deficiencies and provide feedback to the cleaning team for improvement.
• Customer Service: Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services.
• Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that cleaning teams follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage cleaning schedules to meet client requirements. Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure efficient use of resources and personnel.
• Inventory Management: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and in good working condition. Order supplies as needed and track inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• LMIA approval for Cleaning Supervisor position.
• Previous experience in cleaning services or janitorial work, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
