Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to standard recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and bar utensils.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies, and inform management when replenishment is needed.
• Compliance: Ensure all patrons meet the legal drinking age and adhere to local and company alcohol service policies.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, manage the cash register, and balance cash receipts at the end of the shift.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of beverage mixing and bartending techniques is an asset but not necessary.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude towards work.
• Communication: Good English communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer Focus: Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
