We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced babysitters to join our team in providing top-tier childcare services to families across Canada. This position is open to temporary foreign workers, and we offer support through the LMIA and PNP programs to facilitate your employment journey. As a babysitter at ROSE NADEGE BLANCHARD, you will play a critical role in nurturing and caring for children in a safe and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and responsible care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Assist with homework and school projects, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized space, including tidying up after activities and ensuring toys and equipment are safe and sanitized.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed, following established protocols.
• Adapt to the unique needs of each child and family, providing personalized care and attention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a babysitter, nanny, or in a similar childcare role.
• A genuine love for children and a deep commitment to their well-being and development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and their families.
• Basic understanding of child development stages and best practices in childcare.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
• Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Background check and references required.
