Job Description:

We are seeking Temporary Foreign Workers approved under the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) program to join our team as Automobile Mechanics at Allan Robert Mansfield. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidates are skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles. Accurately interpret diagnostic results to determine the root cause of vehicle problems.
• Automobile Repair and Maintenance: Perform a wide range of automotive repairs, including engine work, brake systems, suspension, transmission, and electrical systems. Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
• Parts Replacement: Remove and replace defective or worn-out vehicle components with high-quality parts. Ensure that all replacements are done according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Customer Consultation: Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide clear explanations of repair needs and costs.
• Offer advice on vehicle care and maintenance to extend the life of the vehicle.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure that all repair work complies with industry standards and regulations. Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed. Provide detailed reports to customers and keep internal documentation up to date.

Qualifications:

• LMIA approval for Automobile Mechanic position.
• Certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field.
• Previous experience as an automobile mechanic or technician.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and automotive repair equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
