FLEURI-VERT INC. is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Gardening Helpers. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced gardening professionals to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients throughout the Quebec region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Garden Maintenance: Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting to maintain the health and appearance of gardens.
- Landscape Installation: Assist in the installation of landscape features, including flowers, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like patios and walkways.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment, including but not limited to lawnmowers, trimmers, and power tools.
- Soil Preparation: Prepare soil for planting by tilling, fertilizing, and amending as necessary.
- Irrigation Management: Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, addressing their questions and concerns courteously.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the landscaping team to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing outdoor spaces.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
