Job Summary;
As a Dishwasher at 9245-4123 QUEBEC INC., you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant's kitchen and dishware. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand, ensuring they are free from food residue and dirt.
- Kitchen Cleanup: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by cleaning countertops, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash.
- Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain and clean kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines, to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assist Kitchen Staff: Support kitchen staff as needed by performing tasks such as food prep, ingredient preparation, and assisting with food storage.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
