- Product Support: Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to address customer needs.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate orders and provide product information.
- International Relations: Handle international customer inquiries and support, including export documentation and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure all customer transactions comply with relevant regulations and export requirements.
- Feedback Handling: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties related to customer service and support.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
