Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients and partners in a professional and courteous manner via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our marine and defense equipment products to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, manage order fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communications.
- Product Support: Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to address customer needs.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate orders and provide product information.
- International Relations: Handle international customer inquiries and support, including export documentation and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure all customer transactions comply with relevant regulations and export requirements.
- Feedback Handling: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties related to customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
