Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full scope of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for the organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance for strategic planning and business development.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support long-term planning and goal achievement.
- Oversee taxation matters, including the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory changes and accounting standards to ensure compliance and appropriate financial reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for investment decisions, cost-saving initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Coach and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from a recognized professional accounting association.
- Minimum [3] years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards (IFRS or GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced skills in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
