Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist residents with their daily personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while respecting their dignity and preferences.
- Medication Support: Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals, ensuring adherence to proper dosage and timing.
- Meal Assistance: Help residents with their meals, ensuring they receive balanced nutrition and hydration according to their dietary needs and preferences.
- Mobility and Safety: Support residents in moving around safely, using mobility aids as necessary. Implement fall prevention strategies and techniques.
- Emotional Support: Foster a warm and compassionate environment by engaging in friendly conversations, active listening, and providing companionship to residents.

Qualifications:
