Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as Fruit Pickers. As part of Worrenberg Farms Ltd., you will play a vital role in the harvesting process, ensuring that fruits are picked at the peak of ripeness to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Harvest a variety of fruits by hand with care to prevent damage.
- Sort, pack, and load harvested fruits for transport.
- Inspect fruits for quality, removing any that are overripe or damaged.
- Operate basic farm equipment as required.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- No formal education required; training will be provided.
