The Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective communication strategies, with a focus on social media and working with influencers. - Five years of experience in communications or marketing, with an emphasis on social media. Experience working in the industry of customer experience is a plus.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer experience industry stakeholders, media contacts, and influencers to create and promote content.
- Work with influencer partners to develop campaigns and collaborations that are mutually beneficial.
- Assist our public relations firm with media relations management, including working with internal stakeholders to respond to inquiries and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and executive leadership, to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Draft, distribute, and increase the visibility of press releases, announcements, and other promotional content.

The salary range for this position is between $113,000 and $130,000. Actual compensation will be based on a number of factors, including past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other legally permissible job-related factors.
