Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily needs of individuals who require assistance due to age, illness, or disability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Administer medications following prescribed schedules.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Monitor and report changes in health conditions to supervisors or family members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certified caregiver training or related healthcare certification is an asset.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and provide compassionate care.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
