Responsibilities:
- handling eggs, including cleaning, separating, gathering, and evaluating their quality
- general sanitization and cleaning of the workspace
- filing of the necessary documentation
- Ensure that the necessary standards for avian health are met.
- Observe how things are going in the barns.
- giving workers guidance on a daily basis
- SAP Data Entry training as necessary, additional responsibilities as given
Required credentials:
- Dedication to safe work procedures that have been shown
- Follow and enforce all CHEQ/Biosecurity regulations.
- Farming expertise is a plus
- Reliable transportation – must possess a driver’s license in good standing
- Having the ability to repair equipment as necessary
- Willing and able to work two weekends a month on average, as well as legal holidays.
- Superior communication abilities
- Autonomous working ability
- Leadership expertise is advantageous
- To reside no more than 25 kilometers from the farm
