Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving, unpacking, and verifying shipments, as well as replenishing stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash.
• Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations as needed.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently, following all cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
• Collaborate with other associates and departments to achieve sales goals, promote special events, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
