Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills.
