Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at 1335921 BC LTD. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. This position is open to individuals under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, with the opportunity to apply for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • This includes managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Ensure all paperwork is accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Data Entry: Input and update data in company databases and spreadsheets. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Address inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory. Order and replenish supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Scheduling: Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.
  • Support to Staff: Provide administrative support to other staff members and departments as needed. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Canada under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. Opportunities for
