Job Summary:

CIF Composites Inc. is seeking motivated Material Handlers to join our team through the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. This role involves handling, moving, and storing materials used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is someone who is physically fit, safety-conscious, and has a strong work ethic. • Education: High School or Diploma Degree
• Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the production facility.
  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Follow inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of materials.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training will be provided if necessary).
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
