Job Summary:

Candid Trucking Incorporated is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented LMIA Dispatch Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Oversee and manage the daily activities of dispatchers, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
  • Routing and Scheduling: Develop and implement efficient routing and scheduling plans to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication with drivers, dispatchers, and clients to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any logistical challenges or discrepancies that may arise during dispatch operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Training: Provide training and support to dispatch staff, fostering a knowledgeable and competent team.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on dispatch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced dispatch software and tracking technologies to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch operations or logistics, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of transportation regulations, routing strategies, and logistics management.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with team members and clients.
