Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team under the Temporary Foreign Worker program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and database management.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors by providing information and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Filing System: Maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including assisting with special projects and events.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.


  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education in office administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
