Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, following established recipes and guidelines.
• Support in the cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping of ingredients as directed by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in the proper storage of ingredients and supplies, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using the appropriate cleaning methods.
• Help with basic food preparation tasks, such as measuring ingredients, assembling dishes, and garnishing plates.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Learn and adhere to food handling, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.

Qualifications:
