Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Assist with the installation of construction components, including framing, drywall, roofing, and flooring.
• Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and prioritize tasks.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Assist with other construction-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
