As a Food Service Supervisor at RollyScoop Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising Staff: Provide guidance and support to front-line food service staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, maintain high standards of hygiene, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Shift Management: Oversee daily operations during your shift, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Quality Control: Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure that all items meet our quality standards, including taste, portion size, and visual appeal.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, address their inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, and ensure that they have an excellent dining experience.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new employees, providing guidance on food safety, service standards, and company procedures. Encourage a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels, monitor stock, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth service operations.
- Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all food safety and health regulations and policies to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for both employees and customers.
- Problem Solving: Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during your shift, making quick and effective decisions to maintain the smooth operation of the establishment.
- No previous experience is required; however, a passion for the food service industry and a willingness to learn is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided).
